The search is focused on professionals from the accounting, administration, and finance fields who have performed administrative tasks, customer service, and in general, information management areas—both digital reports and physical purchase orders/invoices—in medium-sized companies. **Responsibilities:** Receive and promptly enter into the system purchase orders received from our customers, from both private and public channels. Handle and follow up on customer requests, inquiries, and complaints through established channels (email, phone, CRM, etc.). Manage product stock information to enable dispatch scheduling. Generate shipping documents \[delivery notes and/or invoices] from the CRM and track purchase orders. Coordinate with the logistics unit regarding scheduled deliveries. Follow up and complete the administrative closure of customer shipments. **Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Desired education: Accounting, Business Administration Engineering, Technical Administration, or related field. Knowledge of Mercado Público.
