




Customer Service and Experience Platform is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Survey Executive (Phone-based) with experience in customer service and/or client support, to work in the insurance claims area. The main responsibilities of the role include receiving calls from clients of a major bank to assess, through a brief survey, their level of satisfaction with the service provided by the company. Required profile: minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in customer satisfaction surveys \-TNPS. Previous experience in call centers, knowledge of insurance and insurance-related claims. Proficiency in computer and system handling. Basic knowledge of Excel. Essential to have excellent client rapport, empathy, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work in a hybrid mode. Immediate availability.
