Your primary mission will be to design, implement, and measure adoption and organizational impact strategies for transformation projects, ensuring a smooth transition, mitigation of resistance, and sustainability of new processes, technologies, or culture among employees. Position Purpose: Ensure effective adoption of technological and cultural transformation projects across the organization by supporting teams and leaders through structured change management methodologies to maximize engagement and business value.
