




**Customer Service and Billing Assistant.** We are looking for a proactive professional with excellent communication skills to join the Administration team, aiming for continuous improvement of processes and all existing controls. This search is oriented toward professionals from the fields of accounting, administration, and finance who have experience in administrative roles, customer service, and generally in information management areas—both digital reports and physical purchase orders/invoices—in medium-sized companies. **Responsibilities:** Receive and timely enter into the system purchase orders received from our customers through private and public channels. Handle and follow up on customer requests, inquiries, and complaints through established channels (email, phone, CRM, etc.). Manage product stock information to enable dispatch scheduling. Generate shipping documents \[delivery notes and/or invoices] from the CRM and track purchase orders. Coordinate with the logistics unit regarding scheduled shipments. Follow up and complete the administrative closure of customer deliveries. **Requirements** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Desired education: Accounting, Business Administration Engineering, Technical Administration, or related field. Knowledge of Mercado Público (Chilean public procurement platform).
