More specifically, your management focus includes: * Responsibility for highly technical units with high emotional demands. * Coordination with perinatal and pediatric structures to ensure an integrated care pathway. * Oversight of an activity undergoing constant evolution (medical and technological innovations, development of child-centered developmental care). * Defining a specific training plan tailored to the department’s specialties. * Multidisciplinary therapeutic support and building therapeutic alliances with families. * Attracting and retaining professionals. * Informing and supporting families, being attentive to distressed parents. * Adhering to ethical standards in patient care. * Supervising and providing psychological support to teams facing critical situations. * Ensuring traceability of care to guarantee continuity in patient care plans. * Promoting multidisciplinary team meetings (doctors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals). * Participating in case reviews and/or morbidity/mortality reviews, maintaining close collaboration with the entire medical-nursing team and your counterpart. * Practicing compassionate leadership and remaining available to the team. * Establishing transformational leadership. * Implementing quality standards (JCI). * Managing a multidisciplinary team of 75 people. ### **Your Profile** * You hold a valid nursing or specialized nursing license (pediatrics, anesthesia) or midwifery license, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. * Ideally, you have successful experience and university-level training in management.
