Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Engineer to advise on labor legislation and safety, implement protocols, design procedures, inspect work activities, and coordinate training. Coordinate training and capacity-building in occupational safety and health A company in the communications sector is seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Engineer to cover vacation replacement from April 20 to May 30, 2026\.· Conditions: **1\.Salary:** $1\.500\.000 net. **2\.Working Hours:** Monday–Friday work schedule under Article 22\. **3\.Work Location: Providencia.· 4\.Responsibilities:** Advise the Organization on labor legislation and occupational safety and health matters to ensure compliance with legal regulations, mitigate risks, and reduce potential business impacts. Implement protocols specified by the Ministry of Health to ensure regulatory compliance. Design and develop procedures, safety protocols, and management systems, as well as monitor and implement measures to mitigate potential occupational safety and health risks for both employees and contractor companies. Inspect work performed by the Organization’s staff and contractor companies to safeguard the company against possible legal non-compliance. Coordinate staff training and capacity-building sessions on occupational safety and health topics, leveraging support from the administrative body or other entities, to ensure the company’s legal compliance.· 5\.Requirements: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering. Experience managing subcontracting. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
