We are seeking a Technical Assistant to coordinate fleet maintenance activities, connecting vessels’ technical requirements with specialized contractors, ensuring proper execution and controlling the department’s monthly costs. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Understand vessels’ technical requirements and delegate them to external contractors. * Coordinate on-site maintenance visits and operations, supervising their execution. * Manage documentation, quotations, records, and work closures. * Track tasks, monitor monthly expenses, and prepare management reports. * Ensure regulatory compliance and equipment operational readiness. #### **Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of current regulations and engine mechanics. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the maritime sector. #### **Skills We Seek:** Planning ability, proactivity, dynamism, problem-solving capacity, strong interpersonal skills, and tolerance for working under pressure. #### **✅ We Offer:** * A key role in ensuring fleet operational continuity. * Job stability at an industry-leading company.
