Job Summary: Oversee and manage installation projects from technical feasibility assessment through to after-sales service, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of installation projects. 2. Ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control. 3. On-site supervision of work execution. A prominent national company is seeking an Installation Project Supervisor for San Fernando, whose primary responsibility is: To oversee and manage all projects assigned to them—from the Technical Feasibility Evaluation stage through to After-Sales Service—in order to ensure proper compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, as well as control over construction-related costs and committed project timelines. Key responsibilities include: * Assessing whether assigned projects meet all current technical and regulatory standards. * Managing and controlling resources required for the construction of assigned projects. * Conducting on-site oversight to ensure timely and correct execution of work associated with their projects, in accordance with previously reviewed technical specifications covering design, quality, and construction—reviewed prior to project assignment. * Managing the release of resources allocated for payment of services, materials, and/or equipment supplied by our vendors. Requirements: * Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor’s or equivalent). * Minimum 1 year of experience in managing mechanical installation projects and/or civil works. * Project tracking, contractor oversight, mechanical installation supervision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in SAP. **Must reside in Region VI**
