Construction Engineer – Site Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a **Construction Engineer or related professional**, with experience in **civil construction works and sanitary works**, to serve as a **Site Supervisor** for project-based construction work. The ideal candidate must have experience in on-site supervision and execution of works, ability to coordinate internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors, and commitment to meeting established quality, safety, and schedule standards for each project. **Mandatory requirement:** Residence in **La Serena or surrounding areas**. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the on-site execution of civil and sanitary construction works. * Monitor project progress according to planning and established deadlines. * Coordinate and supervise internal personnel, contractors, and subcontractors. * Review proper execution of works, verifying quality, technical specifications, and procedures. * Supervise works related to civil construction, excavations, concrete pouring, finishes, and sanitary works. * Coordinate receipt and use of materials, tools, and equipment required for work execution. * Identify deviations and propose timely solutions during work execution. * Prepare and maintain progress records, field reports, and project-related documentation. * Coordinate with engineering, administration, and occupational risk prevention teams to ensure proper work development. * Ensure compliance with company and client safety, quality, and procedural standards. Requirements * Degree in **Construction Engineering or related field**. * Minimum **3 years’ experience in civil and/or sanitary construction works**. * Proven experience in **on-site supervision and coordination of works**. * Knowledge of execution and supervision of civil and sanitary construction works. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Proficiency in computer tools, preferably Microsoft Office and planning software. * Leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve on-site problems. * Availability to work under a **project-based employment model**. * **Residence in La Serena or surrounding areas (mandatory).** Conditions **Position type:** Project-based employment **Work mode:** On-site **Work location:** La Serena and surrounding areas **Working hours:** Full-time Salary: Starting from $1\.300\.000 per month Work location: On-site employment
