You play an active role in ensuring that the company’s loan/rental instrument and equipment assets remain complete and in optimal condition, achieving this through proper handling of instrument and equipment receipts and deliveries while meeting established quality and timeliness standards. You safeguard assets by adhering to required hygiene and control standards. You comply with controls in your assigned area.
**Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:**
* Prepare, pick, and pack loan/rental instrument and equipment orders appropriately according to scheduling plans to maintain continuous and efficient operational flow.
* Maintain asset control by tracking returns and keeping location records updated and documented.
* Keep stored materials organized, clean, in good condition, and secure, with clear identification.
* Upon return, wash and dry materials to eliminate any infectious biological risk.
* Verify that instruments have been returned completely and are in usable condition for the next scheduled procedure; immediately report any discrepancies.
* Participate periodically in physical inventories and cyclical counts to anticipate and prevent physical shortages—both in internal warehouses and consignment warehouses.
* Consistently and accurately record necessary transactions to keep SAP up to date.
* Support the preservation and receipt of instrument equipment both physically and within the system.
* Track the location of consigned and loaned materials.
* Report any irregularities or shortages related to sales orders, inventory discrepancies, and/or anomalies to the Logistics Coordinator.
* Comply with Arthrex’s standard operating procedures and compliance requirements—including work hours, equipment handling, and hygiene and safety measures within the warehouse area.
**Education and Experience:**
* Completed upper secondary education
* Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in operations, warehousing, traffic, inventory control, or similar roles
* Prior experience in medical device companies is preferred
