Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fill the **C Technician** role. **Job Description Summary:** Responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, performing major repairs, coordinating work execution, working either in the workshop or in the field as required, assisting supervisors, and making mid-level responsibility decisions. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Order spare parts. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and maintenance forms for equipment maintenance/repair. * Evaluate, calibrate, and adjust major engine components and electrical systems. * Prepare Service Reports. * Conduct tests and diagnostics for AT1 and AT2 machine issues (visual, technical, and operational inspections). * Remove and install any type of component. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Perform critical adjustments to the machine and system. * Install new components and additional accessories. * Execute activities following quality management instructions and actively participate in specific actions assigned to your area to comply with the Risk Prevention and Sustainable Management Policy. **Requirements:** * Technical professional graduate from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Minimum 4\-5 years of experience maintaining mining industry equipment. * Successfully performed at least the B Mechanic role. * Work on a 7X7 shift system. * Possess health compatible with performance at high geographic altitude.
