Job Summary: This AWS Solutions Architect role supports the recommendation of technological solutions and strategies, collaborating on research, proposals, and support under the guidance of senior architects. Participation in training and development programs The AWS Solutions Architect position aims to support the recommendation of technological solutions and strategies based on analysis of customers' objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure — always under the guidance and supervision of senior architects and consultants. The professional will collaborate on technical research, proposal preparation, demonstration development, and basic technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Additionally, they will participate in training activities, internal workshops, and development programs for commercial partners, contributing to the creation of virtual demonstrations and supporting materials. **Responsibilities** * Support identifying technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, following the strategy defined by the senior team. * Collaborate in preparing technical and functional questions to understand requirements included in RFIs, RFPs, and other commercial documents. * Assist in delivering basic technical presentations and training sessions for commercial partners and end customers alongside more experienced consultants. * Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of labs, solution centers, and demonstration platforms. * Participate as support in commercial and technical activities such as Executive Briefings, technical conferences, trade shows, seminars, in-person and virtual trainings, and marketing events. * Participate in vendor-led trainings to obtain technical certifications and strengthen cloud technology knowledge. * Collaborate in building relationships with vendors and commercial partners, demonstrating a professional, collaborative, and learning-oriented attitude. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** * Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience, internships, or academic training in information technology, cloud, or related fields. * Desired certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. * Ability to follow instructions, learn in a structured manner, and seek support when needed. * Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately. * Interest in developing presentation and technical communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and cooperate with individuals across various roles and experience levels. * Strong willingness for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. * Basic organizational skills and ability to meet defined deadlines. * Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks under supervision. **Work Conditions** * Training, lab, and office environment. * Occasional availability outside regular working hours may be required, depending on business needs and subject to prior coordination with the team. **Key Skills** At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
