We seek an Advisor or Facilitator responsible for delivering advisory services, accompaniment, and training processes to entrepreneurs, facilitating workshops and supporting the development of their productive initiatives. Candidates must hold a professional degree, bachelor's degree, or be graduates—or possess a technical degree from a Technical Training Center—in social sciences, administration, education, economics, or related fields. Prior experience delivering advisory services and training to entrepreneurs in vulnerable situations—particularly those engaged in small-scale initiatives—is essential. Training in participatory entrepreneurship and innovation methodologies—such as CEFE or equivalent—as well as knowledge of business models, entrepreneurship management, pitch development, and field validation methodologies will be highly valued. Additionally, coursework related to experiential learning, educational technologies for virtual teaching, and tax education delivered by recognized institutions will be considered advantageous. We seek responsible, organized individuals with strong planning and teamwork abilities, facilitation and clear communication skills, empathy when working with people, and proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
