Baja, La Serena) * Commune: La Serena * Region: Coquimbo * Period: From January 5th to February 20th, 2026. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Contribute, in coordination with the Early Childhood Educator and collaboratively with the team, to the pedagogical processes of the assigned group by implementing environments conducive to the development and learning of all children, based on joint work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the Institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure quality Early Childhood Education (during the Vacation Program at My Garden). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues to promote safe spaces for the holistic well-being of all children and the educational community. * Promote and carry out actions, in coordination with the educator, supporting the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children in the assigned educational level. * Participate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching and learning process of children to foster their full development and holistic well-being. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS OPTIONS 1. Technical diploma at secondary level as Kindergarten Assistant from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. 2.
