The position requires a teaching or educator degree awarded by a State-accredited institution, a Special-Purpose Background Certificate, a Certificate of Ineligibility to Work with Minors issued by the Civil Registry, and a Certificate of Ineligibility due to Relevant Abuse or Domestic Violence under Law 21.013. Employment will be on a fixed-term contract for the 2026 academic year, with a weekly workload of 44 clock hours and remuneration based on the Secondary Education hourly rate. Key responsibilities include contributing to the educational process through exemplary conduct and courteous treatment, maintaining appropriate personal appearance and behavior consistent with the role; monitoring student discipline, enforcing punctuality, proper personal appearance, and respect toward superiors; organizing and, when necessary, personally covering classes lacking a teacher; monitoring adherence to schedules by teachers and education assistants, submitting records of incidents to the School Administration by the 20th of each month; maintaining and updating control logs, teaching function registers, student follow-up documents, and school life logs; planning and coordinating duties of teachers, paraeducators, inspectors, and service auxiliaries; authorizing students’ extraordinary departures; overseeing cultural, social, sports, and student welfare activities, fostering collaboration with the Student Center, Parent-Teacher Association, and alumni; supervising and monitoring shifts, formations, and institutional presentations; preparing schedules and assignments for auxiliary staff; ensuring proper appearance and cleanliness of the school premises and compliance with school coexistence regulations.
