Regarding gender equity, we aim to achieve 35% female representation by 2027 and ensure equal opportunities for all individuals, as we firmly believe in the value of diverse teams (this position falls under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities). **We invite you to join the best place to develop your talents!** **Job Purpose:** Carry out and evaluate operational activities associated with production targets, complying with division-established policies and standards, in order to meet production plans in terms of quality and timeliness; ensuring adherence to—and enforcement of—policies, regulations, and procedures established by the Division and the Corporation related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Operate, control, and perform maintenance activities on equipment. * Inspect and verify the condition of equipment within the Concentrator Management area. * Lead work teams in tasks and activities under their responsibility. * Apply safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures, participating in analysis and dissemination activities within their work area. * Participate in the Operations Management process operation program. * Record operational parameters and report operational incidents or other issues affecting safety, quality, or environment to their direct supervisor. * Participate in personal and team development activities—including training, performance evaluations, organizational climate assessments, and other initiatives defined by Human Resources. * Respect and embody the Corporation’s values in their conduct. **Job Requirements:** * Completed secondary education and/or industrial technical education. * Minimum two years of experience in operations and/or maintenance of equipment and facilities and their associated systems. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Health compatible with job requirements. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Valid Class D driver’s license. * Technical Superior Degree, specialized in mechanics, electricity, electronics, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in a crushing plant. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual position: General Operator. * Work location: Chuquicamata Division. * Shift schedule: 7x7 Day and Night. * Number of vacancies: 02 **Application Deadline: Thursday, May 21, 2026\.** Application closing time: 23:59 hrs. “I hereby declare that I am aware of the conditions—according to Codelco’s regulations—that may constitute an incompatibility for holding the position to which I am applying and, consequently, affect my continuity in the selection process.
