Job Summary: We are seeking Field-Based UNICEF Partner Recruiters with experience in sales and promotion to initiate conversations and invite individuals to become monthly partners, representing a socially impactful cause. A dynamic, diverse environment with growth opportunities. ### **What You’ll Do** At **PROA Agency**, we seek individuals with **experience in fundraising, sales, promotion, or direct public engagement**, who wish to work representing a socially impactful cause. As a **Field-Based UNICEF Partner Recruiter**, your primary mission will be to approach people, initiate conversations, communicate UNICEF’s work in favor of **children, adolescents, and youth**, and invite them to become **monthly partners**, directly contributing to its programs and campaigns. We seek individuals with **energy, personality, commercial skills, and goal-oriented drive**. ### **Available Shifts** You will work **5 days per week, on a 5x2 schedule**, including weekends, with daily shifts of 3 to 4 hours: * **Morning Shift:** 10:00–15:00 hrs. * **Midday Shift:** 12:00–16:00 hrs. * **Afternoon Shift:** 15:00–20:00 hrs.
