Position Summary:
We are seeking a Montessori Guide to support the learning of first- and second-grade elementary students, fostering autonomy and holistic development.

We seek an elementary school teacher to join our educational community as a **Montessori Guide in Workshop 1**, a level grouping first- and second-grade elementary students within a respectful, active, and child-centered learning environment focused on holistic development.
The teacher will be responsible for guiding learning processes through a Montessori lens, promoting autonomy, self-regulation, curiosity, and respect for each student’s individual pace.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Guide the learning process of first- and second-grade elementary students within a Montessori environment.
* Design and prepare the educational environment to support exploration, independent work, and meaningful learning.
* Systematically observe students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
* Support and mediate coexistence processes, fostering socio-emotional skills.
* Maintain consistent, collaborative communication with families.
* Collaborate with other teachers and professionals at the institution.
**Position Profile:**
* A professional trained in Elementary Education (ideally with knowledge of or interest in the Montessori methodology).
* Skills in emotional regulation and group management.
* Ability to work collaboratively and openness to feedback.
* Commitment to students’ holistic development and well-being.
* Minimum 1 year of experience
