If you’re half strategist and half designer, this is your place. Your Challenge: The perfect balance between substance and form Your mission will be to lead the brand's digital presence, taking responsibility for both community management and the aesthetic creation of our entire digital ecosystem. What will you do with us? * 360° Design: Creation of graphic assets for social media, web banners, email campaigns, and digital campaign materials. * Community Management: Moderate, plan, and publish content that sparks conversation and engagement. * Website Updates: Manage content and news on our homepage to keep it always up to date. * Viral Strategy: Conceive and execute campaigns that place our brand at the center of the conversation. What kind of candidate are we looking for? * Education/Experience: Professional with experience in Community Management and strong proficiency in design tools. * Aesthetic Eye: Ability to maintain a consistent and appealing visual identity across all channels. * Creative Analytics: Ability to understand metrics and transform them into new design ideas. * Autonomy: Proactive individual capable of managing time effectively between management and creative tasks. What we offer: * Location: Providencia, steps away from Los Leones Metro Station. * Base Salary + Additional Incentives Based on Goals * Prime Location: Store located just steps from Los Leones Metro Station. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10:10 AM–6:30 PM), Saturdays (10:00 AM–2:00 PM) * One free Saturday per month! Salary: $750,000–$850,000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
