Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive individual passionate about social media to create engaging content and grow our Instagram community. Key Highlights: 1. Instagram content creation and community growth. 2. Recording and editing Reels while staying up-to-date with viral trends. 3. Creativity, social media judgment, and enthusiasm for content creation are highly valued. What We’re Looking For: We seek a creative, proactive, and social media–passionate individual eager to join our company—which manages a large community—and help us create compelling content and grow our Instagram audience. The role’s primary focus is **Instagram content creation and growth**. Key Responsibilities: * Generate Instagram content ideas. * Record and edit Reels. * Attend **2–3 in-person morning sessions per week** dedicated to content recording. * Filming will occur primarily in Concón and Reñaca. * Edit Reels and videos remotely from home. * Support content planning and organization. * Stay current with trends, audio clips, formats, and viral content. * Propose new ideas and formats to increase Instagram reach. * Assist in developing an Instagram growth strategy. * Analyze which content performs best and suggest improvements. Work Modality: This role offers two modalities: **In-Person Work:** 2–3 mornings per week in Concón or Reñaca, primarily for content recording. **Remote Work:** Additional time required for video editing, content preparation, trend research, idea development, and Instagram planning will be conducted remotely from home—flexibly and in coordination with the team. We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Loves Instagram, TikTok, and content creation. * Is creative and self-motivated. * Has a keen eye for spotting trends. * Feels comfortable recording videos. * Has knowledge of Instagram and Reels. * Is proficient with CapCut or other editing tools. * Ideally has experience with Canva. * Understands that content goals are reach, community building, and growth. * Is available to work in person 2–3 mornings per week and dedicate additional hours from home for editing and planning. Academic Background: Ideal for students majoring in: * Advertising * Audiovisual Communication * Marketing / Digital Marketing * Related fields What We Especially Value: Extensive professional experience is not required. We value creativity, social media judgment, and enthusiasm for content creation more. If you have a portfolio, an Instagram/TikTok account, or examples of Reels you’ve created, we’d love to see them.
