What You Will Do: • Coordinate and support community development and engagement programs. • Collaborate in the planning, organization, and monitoring of community projects and events. • Work closely with internal teams, volunteers, partners, and key community stakeholders. • Help supervise daily program activities to ensure smooth operations. • Track program progress and prepare basic reports and updates. • Support program scheduling, resource coordination, and logistics. • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and participant experience. • Ensure activities align with organizational goals and quality standards. • Foster positive community relationships and promote participation. • Assist with administrative tasks related to program implementation.
