Promote quality of life and a positive work environment **Job Description** ---------------------- Safeguard the company's workers' social well-being through individual and confidential social support. We are looking for a Social Worker to join our team, whose primary mission will be to safeguard the company's workers' social well-being through individual, confidential, and timely social support, thereby contributing to an appropriate quality of life and strengthening the work environment. Main Responsibilities: * Provide individual and confidential social support to workers, either in person or via telephone. * Promote and disseminate the Annual Social Program and available benefits for workers. * Advise employees on health, housing, and social security matters. * Coordinate and implement informative activities and workshops for workers. * Manage the enrollment and dissemination of complementary health insurance plans. * Support compliance with the Alcohol and Drugs Policy and Law No. 21\.015\. * Conduct home visits, hospital visits, or other types of visits as required. Job Requirements * Professional degree in Social Work. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel to various construction sites across Chile. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Labor Legislation and the Social Security System. * Familiarity with scholarships, housing subsidies, benefits offered by the Chilean Construction Chamber (Cámara Chilena de la Construcción), and Compensation Funds (Cajas de Compensación).
