Warehouse and Distribution Manager is required, who must perform the following functions; Supervise staff functions, provide instructions on warehousing and distribution, assign shifts and tasks, as well as ensure daily production targets are met. * Check the arrival of external goods to the main office and arrange them in storage areas, ensuring verification of invoices and optimal condition of received goods. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the company's storage, packaging, and dispatch areas. * Coordinate, supervise, and carry out the packaging of bulk products in designated areas according to employer instructions. * Maintain, promote, and supervise hygiene in the warehouse area. * Supervise appropriate stock levels of company products and supplies, providing timely requests for restocking. * Periodically control stock levels of bulk, packaged, and externally produced goods using forms and at times specified by the employer. * From the central warehouse, request raw materials to fractionate, weigh, and package the various products manufactured by the company. * Organize inventory. * Produce, package, and label company products according to instructions provided by management. * Dispatch goods to the company's commercial locations using the vehicle provided for this purpose, following established protocols. * Record and monitor proper tracking of incoming and outgoing goods movements from suppliers to the central warehouse and from the central warehouse to commercial locations within the designated software, maintaining constant inventory control in central warehouses. * Any other duties related to the position communicated verbally or in writing by management.
