### **DESCRIPTION**
TECSA is seeking a Technical Studies Assistant. Main responsibilities include: \- Performing quantity take-offs, analysis tables, and other reports to support bid submission, as specified in tender documents. \- Generating and consolidating information from technical documentation and tender documents required for preparing a proposal study, particularly regarding quantities of items, materials, and resources. \- Preparing inquiries arising from documentation analysis, aligned with current tender schedules. \- Generating inquiries arising from documentation analysis, in accordance with current tender schedules. These are the requirements: \- Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, or Technical Diploma in Construction. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. \- Ability to interpret construction drawings. \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Knowledge of quantity take-off methodologies. \- Familiarity with equipment, materials, and resources. \- Intermediate AutoCAD skills. \- Revit (desirable). \- Intermediate MS Project skills.
