Structural Supervisor – Mining Site A construction company with a presence in large-scale mining is seeking a Structural Supervisor to join projects at mining sites. Job Objective Supervise and coordinate construction, assembly, and maintenance activities for structures, ensuring compliance with defined quality, safety, and schedule standards for the project. Main Responsibilities Supervise and direct field personnel in structural activities. Ensure correct execution of work according to drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct periodic inspections to verify quality and safety. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention measures. Monitor project progress, material usage, and deadline compliance. Report progress, deviations, and risks to the Project Manager. Prepare and manage progress reports and technical documentation. Identify and resolve technical issues on site. Participate in permit management and regulatory compliance. Support risk matrices, procedures, and work instructions. Evaluate the performance of supervised personnel. Requirements Completed secondary education. At least 3 years of experience in large-scale mining. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in supervision of structural construction projects. Proficiency in computer tools at user level.
