




Job Summary: We are seeking a Rigger Technician to perform inspection, maintenance, and reporting at telecommunications sites and towers, including work at heights and logistical support. Key Highlights: 1. Will perform inspection and maintenance of telecommunications towers. 2. Will involve working at heights and using special vehicles. 3. Preparation of reports and logistical support. Rigger Technician Main Responsibilities: • Cleaning and weed removal at cellular sites. • Inspection of tower structures and mapping of telecommunications towers. • Inventory of equipment installed on towers. • Review of soil resistivity at cellular sites. • Verification of verticality of telecommunications towers. • Inspection of telecommunications towers (general structural condition via photographs and fall protection system review, including documentation of findings). • Review of medium-voltage power lines supplying the tower (using drone). • Preparation of reports using Office Track application. • Driving, if required. • Installation of padlocks, batteries for smart locks, and beacons. • Inspection of access roads. • Use of special transportation (horses, boats, hiking, tractors). • Transportation and procurement of materials (if necessary). • Logistical support (if necessary). • Structural assessment. Requirements: • Ability to perform work at heights in both open and enclosed environments (rooftops, telecommunications towers, scaffolds, roofs). • Experience operating drones (Desirable). • Class B driver's license. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Technical Degree Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 60 years Knowledge: Responsiveness, Ability to follow instructions, Cleanliness, Preventive maintenance, Work capacity, Organizational learning development Driver's Licenses: B Willingness to travel: Yes People with disabilities: Yes
