Engineering, we are currently recruiting for the position of Planning and Control Scheduler Engineer for Centinela Mining, working on a 7x7 shift schedule. Position Objective: To develop and manage project scheduling by preparing schedules, monitoring physical and financial progress, and identifying deviations—ensuring compliance with established deadlines, objectives, and guidelines. Responsibilities: Provide support and advisory services in comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and control, including monitoring of schedules, costs, contracts, procurement, and engineering, construction, and commissioning progress. Includes deviation control, change management and trend analysis, financial analysis, cost estimation, and preparation of project progress and closure reports. Also involves supporting investment formulation and economic evaluation, indicator monitoring, updating WBS/EDT, and tracking engineering and procurement services. Additionally includes participation in meetings, preparation of minutes, and compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, quality, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards—promoting self-care, risk prevention, and adherence to corporate procedures.
