




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide service, sales, and customer support for medications and mass-consumption products, in compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and sale of medications and products. 2. Referral of pharmacological inquiries to the Licensed Pharmacist. 3. Information and guidance on beauty and personal care products. Pharmacy requires a Pharmacy Assistant to work in Puerto Varas **Conditions:** **1\. Compensation structure**: Base salary of $539,000 \+ sales commissions. During the first two months, you will receive an approximate net income of $785,000 (including base salary \+ guaranteed commission prorated according to days worked). Starting from the third month, compensation will consist of a base salary of $539,000 plus variable commissions based on achievement of sales targets. **2\. Work schedule:** Rotating shifts: 6 days on / 1 day off and/or 5 days on / 2 days off\. 3\. **Work location:** Puerto Varas. **4\. Position objective:** To perform customer service, sales, and client support functions for both medications and mass-consumption products—including company-branded items—while complying with internal policies and external regulations applicable to pharmacy roles. **5\. Responsibilities:** * Refer all pharmacological inquiries to the on-duty Licensed Pharmacist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. * Perform cashier duties, including receipt and collection of payments, custody of funds, and delivery to direct supervisor. * Provide information, promotion, and guidance to customers regarding beauty, personal care, or natural products. * Report expired products under your responsibility, ensuring necessary restocking; carry out effective and timely inspections and controls to prevent expired products from remaining in your assigned inventory. * Other duties inherent to the position. **6\. Requirements:** * Hold a Technical Higher Education degree in Pharmacy or a Technical Higher Education degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. * Valid Pharmacy Assistant license (MANDATORY). * Prior experience in pharmacies is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1 and/or 5x2), including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. 7\. Contract type: Temporary Services Contract.
