At Grupo Cintac, part of the CAP Holding, we seek to integrate a Packing Operator into our Maipú Plant team who wishes to develop expertise in safely operating machinery according to scheduled programming. We are a company with presence in Chile and Peru, operating in the industrial steel sector, construction (with manufacturing plants), and mining services (including company-owned camps and hotels). We are characterized by our focus on safety, efficiency, and—above all—people. What will be your purpose in the Packing Operator role? To safely operate machinery according to scheduled programming. Main Responsibilities: Machinery Operation Preparation and Adjustment Quality Control Packing and Palletizing Cleaning and Organization What are we looking for? Education: Completed Secondary Education Training: Industrial school training is desirable. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable. Knowledge of assembly, alignment, transmission, and lubrication is desirable. Experience and average tenure: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Essential specialized knowledge: Machinery operation. Interpretation of mechanical and electronic drawings. Basic computer user-level proficiency. SAP knowledge. What do we offer? Biannual base salary adjustment equal to 100% of the IPC variation in April and October each year. (Minimum seniority of 6 months). Life insurance worth 200 UF. Supplementary health insurance up to 200 UF per beneficiary, effective from the month following hire. Meals provided at the company cafeteria.
