Prepare technical tender reports with recommendations At DFV Engineering and Management, we are looking for a **Technical Office Professional** for a **well-known entity focused on occupational safety and health**, located in the **Metropolitan Region.** **Position Objective:** Support the project’s bid and tender evaluation process, ensuring proper technical and economic review of documentation in accordance with the client-defined standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review projects and technical documentation required for bid analysis. * Conduct comparisons and homologations of civil works proposals, finishes, and specialties. * Evaluate overhead costs, technical, economic, and documentary compliance of received bids. * Perform quantity take-offs for key items relevant to the homologation process. * Analyze construction modifications and payment certificates as applicable. * Prepare technical tender reports with recommendations for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of professional experience. * Minimum 5 years of specific experience in similar roles. * Experience in tender studies, contracts, construction modifications, and payment certificates. * Experience in non-residential building projects, preferably in healthcare, retail, or education sectors. * Availability for on-site work within the Metropolitan Region.
