Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Manager to supervise and control the master program, progress reports, and technical documentation, supporting planning and logistics. Review and endorsement of Work Permits R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is looking for a **Technical Office Manager** to participate in the Energy sector tender process in the La Araucanía and Los Lagos Regions! **The following qualifications are required:** * A certified Engineer or equivalent professional degree from a recognized and/or state-validated institution, with no less than four (4\) years of academic study, and a minimum of seven (7\) years of experience in scheduling and control of high-voltage electrical transmission projects. * Alternatively, the candidate may hold a technical degree and must have a minimum of eleven (11\) years of experience in scheduling and control of high-voltage electrical transmission projects. * Residence in the project execution area (La Araucanía and/or Los Lagos Regions) is desirable. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** You will monitor and control the Contract’s Master Program, prepare progress reports, coordinate meetings, manage technical documentation for the project, support the ITO Head in planning, logistics, scheduling, and control of activities across various ITO organizations, and review and endorse Work Permits prepared by the Contractor for interventions on the Client’s or third-party operational facilities. **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be fully met to be considered for this process.
