The main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring building access security and control. * Monitoring the proper functioning of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company personnel during their visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or forwarding them to management. * Recording relevant incidents in the logbook (incident register). * Leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies. We offer various shift schedules.
