Focus on quality and safety Job Offer: Structural Foreman Company: ECORA Construction Location: Mining / Industrial Project (as assigned) Work Mode: On-site shift At ECORA Construction, we are currently seeking a Structural Foreman to join our team on construction and structural assembly projects within the mining industry. We are looking for individuals with experience in fabrication and assembly of structures, committed to safety and quality in work execution. Position Objective To execute and supervise tasks related to construction, assembly, maintenance, and repair of metallic or other-material structures, interpreting drawings and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project timeline standards. Main Responsibilities Interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications for correct structural execution. Perform cutting, welding, assembly, and adjustment of structural components. Carry out fabrication and assembly of structures according to project requirements. Supervise and coordinate the work of first-class structural foremen. Verify quality of structural components during fabrication and assembly. Inspect structures and perform preventive or corrective maintenance as required. Control use of materials and tools in assigned tasks. Report work progress to the respective supervisor. Meet established deadlines for task execution. Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive measures. Comply with safety regulations, risk prevention, and environmental protection standards. Requirements Completed secondary education. Minimum 3 years of experience in structural work with construction or industrial companies. Knowledge of drawing interpretation and structural assembly.
