




Job Summary: We are seeking a Planner responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of operational plans and strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality. The Planner will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of operational plans and strategies for projects and assets, ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with internal policies, applicable regulations, and established quality standards. Main Responsibilities: - Develop construction schedules and timelines jointly with the Construction Manager or Supervisor, based on the Gantt chart provided by the client or contracting party. - Monitor schedule progress, generating early alerts regarding deviations and their impact on the critical path. - Develop, maintain, and monitor asset management planning using the corresponding corporate platform. - Manage corrective actions, ongoing follow-up, and regular reporting to department heads. - Participate in coordination meetings and verify alignment of on-site activities. - Generate management indicators, analyze them, and propose action plans. - Supervise compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory policies. - Manage waste and promote sustainable practices. - Perform administrative and support tasks as required by operations. Requirements: - Education: Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in construction or engineering firms. - Proficiency in ERP systems for asset management. - Knowledge of current regulations in the relevant specialty. - Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). - Desired experience in electrical, industrial, or service projects. - Familiarity with ICONSTRUYE VISOR is desirable. - Experience in asset management and on-site project control. Working Conditions: - Work Mode: On-site - Location: Central office and field sites. - Employment Type: Fixed-term contract initially. - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:20 PM.
