At **Buin Zoo**, we are looking for a **Field Supervisor** ️ to join the Infrastructure and Services Department, who will be responsible for supervising the proper execution of construction projects across all phases. **Job Mission** Supervise on-site construction execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, safety, and efficient resource utilization. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise construction progress, ensuring appropriate workforce allocation. * Monitor and optimize resource usage: materials, equipment, machinery, and personnel. * Manage quantity take-offs and support material requisitions to ensure timely availability. * Prepare and review materials required for task execution. * Supervise correct technical execution according to drawings and specifications. * Propose on-site technical improvements or modifications. * Oversee short-term planning and participate in follow-up meetings. **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical Degree in Construction or related field. **Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings. * Proficiency in planning tools. * Knowledge of construction, urban development, and building practices. * Experience leading teams on construction sites. **Experience:** * Minimum 10 years executing building and urban development projects.
