Position Summary: We are seeking an ITO Engineer for a structural renovation project, responsible for technical monitoring and control, ensuring construction quality. Key Highlights: 1. Perform technical monitoring and control of projects **San Cristóbal Human Resources**, on behalf of its client—a leading port-sector company with facilities in the commune of Coronel—is seeking an ITO Engineer to join a structural renovation project. The main challenge will be to perform technical monitoring and control across all project phases, verifying that execution complies with established specifications, promptly identifying potential deviations, and contributing to ensuring construction quality. **Key responsibilities include:** * Conduct continuous on-site inspection and monitoring of executed activities. * Verify that works proceed in accordance with technical documentation and project-defined standards. * Supervise construction progress and promptly identify potential deviations. * Record observations and track required corrective actions. * Support quality control of works and materials used during execution. * Participate in coordination and progress meetings with all parties involved in the project. * Maintain up-to-date records of progress, observations, and other relevant issues identified during inspections. * Contribute to overall project control, safeguarding compliance with technical and quality requirements throughout all execution phases. **Ideal Profile:** * Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction inspection. * Experience in civil works and earthworks. * PAC/ITO certification **(Mandatory).** * Experience performing technical monitoring and control of projects. * Availability to work on-site in Coronel via Temporary Services.
