Generate management reports for decision-making We seek to hire a Procurement Specialist who can support the company's procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring efficient procurement management, adherence to internal policies, and production of management reports. This role requires analytical capability, knowledge of facilities management processes, and proficiency with reporting tools. Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and organizational quality standards. - Execute procurement strategies, quotation processes, proposal analysis, supplier selection, and supplier evaluation per company guidelines. - Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to optimize costs and ensure operational continuity. - Support contract management with facilities and general service providers. - Maintain the procurement system and supplier database up to date. - Generate management reports in Power BI or other analytics tools, delivering timely information for decision-making. - Support internal and external audits related to procurement. - Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Finance, Facilities Management) to identify needs and provide procurement process support. - Perform other duties related to the specialist’s area of expertise.
