Leadership in BIM coordination meetings and issuance of observations **DFV Engineering and Management** is seeking a **BIM Coordinator** to participate in the supervision and review of BIM deliverables for a railway project. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Review and validate BIM models and deliverables. * Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews. * Verify clashes, documentary consistency, and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan. * Review information in the Common Data Environment (CDE). * Lead BIM coordination meetings and issue observations. * Verify that models accurately reflect on-site construction. The ITO will not have primary responsibility for developing construction models, but must possess the technical capability to interpret, review, and formulate observations on them. ### **Requirements** * Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, Civil Constructor, or Architect. * Verifiable education related to BIM. * Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination under the BIM methodology. * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection. * Proficiency in Autodesk/BIM 360, federated models, CDE, and BIM formats. * Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and model review processes. ### **Conditions** * Participation according to project forms and scheduling. * On-site attendance required during activities mandated by the ITO. * Possible night shifts according to construction site scheduling. * Estimated start date during Q1 2027\. * Subject to award.
