Job Description
We are seeking a Super User Data Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, management, and maintenance of the LIMS (Laboratory Integrated Management System). This role includes user training, access administration, configuration maintenance, and coordination across departments to guarantee system operability and alignment with quality standards and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Train users on the LIMS system and connected laboratory equipment.
Administer and maintain system configurations (schemes, mappings, parameters, etc.).
Manage user access and roles in coordination with the Quality department.
Develop and maintain procedures, work templates, and quality controls.
Support integration of laboratory equipment with the LIMS system.
Manage technical requirements for equipment connectivity (scripts and metadata).
Administer clients, projects, and associated data within the system.
Support billing processes related to the system.
Manage system licenses and coordinate implementation with IT.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Engineering, Programming Technician, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or within the industry.
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Experience with LIMS systems (desirable).
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
Desirable knowledge of metallurgical processes and data analysis.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Institute / Vocational Training Center
