Conduct onboarding for new plant personnel. Review and validate production records and critical control points. Participate in quality and coordination meetings with management. Coordinate overtime and extraordinary shifts according to production needs. Manage payroll lists for coordination with HR. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Requirements Technical degree in Food Science, Industrial Technology, or related field. Experience in manufacturing and production processes. Experience working night shifts (desirable but not mandatory). Desirable experience leading teams in production plants. Knowledge of quality assurance standards (desirable). Advanced Excel user proficiency.
