




Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Foreman to supervise and control the execution of industrial operations, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety and environmental standards. An industrial services company with experience in the sector is currently seeking a Shift Foreman for a contract position located at Codelco Ventanas. Your mission will be to supervise and control the execution of operations according to the established plan, ensuring operational continuity, proper allocation of resources, and compliance with the Client’s and Company’s Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and execute planned operations while safeguarding service quality. Identify operational activities to be performed, prioritizing them based on criticality and assigning resources and personnel accordingly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment and operational status. Conduct and document pre-shift safety talks, providing guidelines for the day’s work. Coordinate operational tasks performed by assigned personnel. Keep senior management informed regarding operational, safety, and environmental matters. Conditions: Work is performed under a contract located at Codelco Ventanas. Transportation is included. Meals are provided. No camp accommodation. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Technical higher education is desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial or mining sectors. Desirable knowledge of risk prevention, first aid, industrial processes, environmental standards, and critical operational risks. Experience leading work teams.
