Sodexo Chile is looking for an SGP Data Entry Clerk for an important mining site in the IV Region. If you have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply system operations, this opportunity is for you. · Job Description As an SGP Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring activities related to receiving, recording, storing, and dispatching products and supplies in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock control, information traceability, and compliance with company-established procedures. · About Us At Sodexo Chile, we are proud to be one of the leading companies in food and wellness services nationwide. We work together to foster a positive and collaborative work environment where our employees can grow and reach their full potential. · Responsibilities Enter and manage information in the SGP system related to goods, invoices, delivery notes, orders, transfers, returns, shrinkage, and inventories. Verify and supervise the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods to production. Execute monthly orders and month-end closing processes associated with the warehouse. Maintain control over stock levels, shrinkage, and product losses. Schedule and manage supply orders according to operational requirements. Keep documentation required for audits and internal controls organized and up-to-date. Coordinate and support the warehouse’s operational continuity in accordance with company-defined standards. Identify operational deviations or contingencies, proactively responding to service requirements. · Requirements Residence within Regions II to V. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to warehouse, inventory, or operational data entry. Knowledge and experience using the SGP system or warehouse/inventory control software. Proficiency in Excel and operational document control. Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule.
