The selected candidate will be responsible for leading production operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with production planning, process quality, and safety and food safety standards. If you have experience in production plants, manufacturing processes, and team leadership, we encourage you to apply! Job Functions Lead and coordinate the operational team during the shift. Conduct onboarding for new plant personnel. Review and validate production records and critical controls. Participate in quality and coordination meetings with management. Coordinate overtime and extraordinary shifts according to production needs. Manage payroll lists for coordination with HR. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Requirements Technical degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field. Experience in manufacturing and production processes. Experience working night shifts (desirable but not mandatory). Desirable experience leading teams in production plants. Knowledge of quality assurance standards (desirable). Advanced Excel user proficiency.
