A prominent Food-sector company with nationwide presence across Chile is seeking a Management Control Analyst with mining industry experience. Job Mission Support analysis, measurement, supervision, and management control processes across various departments to ensure achievement and development of established objectives. Analyze key budgetary management indicators to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial control, fully aligned with established procedures regarding Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management. Job Responsibilities Support budget formulation in accordance with guidelines set by General Management, ensuring compliance within the company's defined margins. Manage and monitor budget execution, promptly alerting on any existing deviations. Develop action plans to mitigate budgetary deviations. Develop management tools to facilitate analysis and measurement processes. Support verification of cost allocations and financial closings across all departments, ensuring accuracy and integrity of accounting records, as well as timely and appropriate financial closings. Prepare outcome projections to reduce uncertainty, enabling evaluation of different scenarios and consideration of potential financial impacts prior to making critical decisions. Develop and implement management indicators to foster continuous improvement. Conduct on-site visits to verify compliance with established standards. 100% on-site work with a 40-hour workweek. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Professional Institute (IP) / Technical Training Center (CFT). 3 years of experience Keywords: analyst
