The primary objective of this position is to ensure the proper execution of fieldwork, controlling service quality, compliance with safety standards, and coordination of technical teams. °Requirements: -Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. -Ensuring proper operation of systems and equipment, with a focus on quality and safety. °Required Knowledge: -Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems (Split, Ducted, Cassette, VRV, etc.). -Installation of equipment and commissioning. -Diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures in thermal systems. -Knowledge of electrical systems. -Plumbing (installation, repair, and maintenance of water and drainage systems). -Minor construction works, carpentry, and painting. -Electromechanics. °Desirable: -Familiarity with Fractal One software (non-exclusive). -Advanced technical or professional education in maintenance-related fields. °We Offer: -Meal vouchers for each working day. -Uniform and necessary tools to perform job functions. -Job stability in a company with a solid track record in the industry. -Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
