At Grupo Sinergia, a leading company in comprehensive maintenance, equipment, and infrastructure solutions, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians with experience in the technical and operational management of preventive and corrective maintenance in buildings and facilities. The main objective of this position is to ensure proper on-site work execution, controlling service quality, compliance with safety standards, and coordination of technical teams. °Requirements: -Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. -Ensuring proper operation of systems and equipment, with focus on quality and safety. °Required Knowledge: -Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems (Split, Ducted, Cassette, VRV, etc.). -Equipment installation and commissioning. -Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures in thermal systems. -Knowledge in electrical areas. -Plumbing (installation, repair, and maintenance of water and drainage systems). -Minor construction works, carpentry, and painting. -Electromechanics. °Desirable: -Familiarity with Fractal One software (not mandatory). -Advanced technical or professional education in maintenance-related fields. °We Offer: -Meal vouchers for each day worked. -Uniform and necessary tools to perform job functions. -Job stability within a company with a solid track record in the industry. -Opportunities for development and continuous training.
