Job Summary: AVOS Tech is seeking a professional with experience as a QA leader and in automation for enterprise software projects, focused on functional and regression testing. Key Highlights: 1. Functional analysis and validation of complex business rules AVOS Tech, with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is looking for a professional to fill the position of Automation QA Engineer. Requirements: Experience as a QA Leader Proven experience as a QA professional in enterprise software projects. Experience in functional testing of CRM or Customer Service platforms. Solid knowledge of customer service and after-sales processes. Experience in designing and executing test cases, coverage matrices, and traceability. Proficiency in test and defect management tools. Experience working under the guidance of a QA Tech Lead. Experience in WMS, REST API, mobile (Android/iOS), or BI testing. Experience in structured regression testing and end-to-end process validation. Ability to perform functional analysis and validate complex business rules. Tools and Technologies: Test Management: Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail. UI Automation: Selenium 4, Playwright, or Cypress. API Automation: Postman, REST Assured, or Karate DSL. Requirements and Defect Management: Jira and Confluence. Monitoring and Reporting: Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, and Allure. Version Control: Git (GitHub or GitLab). Additional Technical Knowledge: Data Quality. Programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages. Details: Contract Type: Indefinite Work Mode: Hybrid Location: La Florida Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:45–18:15 hrs, Friday until 17:45 hrs.
