Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. · Responsibilities Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for food preparation; Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to prescribed dietary regimes and the daily schedule. · Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a kitchen assistant. Residence within the III Region or Metropolitan Region. Knowledge of food handling and collective catering. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts with camp accommodation.
