We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant for the downtown Santiago commune. Job Mission: Support the Head Chef and/or Kitchen Manager in meeting the requirements of various kitchen production areas. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing Mise en Place (preparation of materials and raw ingredients for dish preparation) and ensuring correct execution of assigned preparations for each production area (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and pastry section). Record and maintain all quality records: preparation controls, production controls, sanitation logs, temperature checks, and preparation execution according to recipes. Maintain hygiene and sanitation of the workplace in accordance with QHSEC policies and operational standards. Support in self-service lines, including delivery, restocking, and customer service · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in corporate cafeterias Schedule: Saturday and Sunday Our Benefits: Lunch provided at our facilities.
