A leading collective catering company is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in collective catering canteens to work at a major corporate canteen in the city of Talca. · Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparing Mise en Place (preparation of materials and raw ingredients for dish preparation) and ensuring correct execution of assigned preparations for each production area (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and pastry section) - Record and maintain all quality records: preparation controls, production controls, sanitation records, temperature measurements, and preparation execution according to recipes. - Maintain workplace hygiene and sanitation in accordance with established QHSEC policies and operational standards. - Support the self-service line, including food delivery, replenishment, and customer service. - Report any contingencies immediately to direct supervisor. - Assist with counter-sample collection. · Requirements: - Experience in the collective catering industry. - Residence in Talca is preferred. · Conditions: - Work schedule: Monday–Sunday or Saturday 8:00–16:30 (6 days on / 1 day off) - Offers a stable employment contract. - Uniform provided. - Lunch provided at the canteen. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Education (Humanities/Technical) 1 year of experience Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, aux, helper, aide, culinary, cook, kitchen
